We are using Precise for our commercial projects because we have honestly been very happy with them. They are really reactive with responding to our calls, proactive on any items that need to be done without pushing them earlier than necessary and competitively priced plus we haven’t really had any calls from upset tenants which is awesome.  On top of that, they are all super pleasant to work with. We would not have any hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
